Warranty Check

01 Coverage

Every specimen carries a 12-month warranty from the delivery date against manufacturing defects in materials and hardware — hinge failure, frame cracking under normal use, lens delamination, and similar structural faults.

02 Not covered

• Normal wear, scratches, or patina on raw metal hardware.
• Damage from accidents, drops, extreme heat, or improper storage.
• Unauthorized modification or repair by a third party.
• Natural material variation disclosed at time of sale (each piece is handmade and not perfectly uniform).

03 How to file a claim

Email warranty@feralcollective.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We'll confirm coverage within 3 business days and advise whether the piece should be sent back for repair, replacement, or refund.

04 Returns and exchanges

Unworn specimens in original condition and packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Made-to-order and final-sale specimens (marked as such at checkout) are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.

05 Return condition

Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and include all original packaging, cards, and accessories. We reserve the right to decline a return or charge a restocking fee if these conditions are not met.

06 Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a covered defect.

07 Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns. For confirmed warranty claims or defects, we cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

08 Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory warranty or consumer-protection right you have under the law of your country of residence, which applies in addition to the terms above.
