These Terms Of System ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FERAL website, the products listed on it, and any order you place with us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.
01 Who we are
FERAL Collective ("FERAL", "we", "us") designs and hand-builds eyewear in small, limited batches. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell in a jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.
02 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using this site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide us is accurate.
03 Products and availability
Each specimen is handmade, produced in small runs, and may carry natural variation in material, finish, or hardware — this is a feature of the process, not a defect. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a specimen, or correct listing errors (including pricing errors) at any time before an order is confirmed.
04 Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. A contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include taxes only where stated. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
05 Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery timeframes and costs are described in our Shipping Protocol. Return, exchange and repair terms are described in our Warranty Check. Both are part of these Terms by reference.
06 Intellectual property
All designs, photography, text, and the FERAL name and marks are the property of FERAL Collective or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from this site's content without our prior written consent.
07 Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to this site or its systems.
- Do not use this site to submit false information or to place fraudulent orders.
- Do not scrape or harvest data from this site without our written permission.
08 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FERAL Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of a product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
09 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FERAL Collective is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
10 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and effective date at the top of this page reflect the terms currently in force. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
