Shipping Protocol
Every specimen is built to order or pulled from a small finished batch — here's exactly how it gets from our bench to your door.
01 Processing time
In-stock specimens ship within 2–4 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order pieces are handbuilt and typically ship within 10–15 business days — the estimated date is shown at checkout before you pay.
02 Shipping methods and cost
- Standard — 5–9 business days, calculated at checkout by destination and weight.
- Express — 2–3 business days, available at an additional cost where offered.
- Free standard shipping applies automatically above the order threshold shown in your cart.
03 International orders
We ship to most countries. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country on arrival — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping cost.
04 Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If a tracking number shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
05 Delays
Handmade production and customs processing can occasionally push delivery past the original estimate. We'll notify you of any delay we're aware of on our end, but cannot control carrier or customs delays once a package has left our hands.
06 Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking confirms delivery but you never received it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with photos where relevant. We'll file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund once it's resolved.
07 Address accuracy
We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer, though we'll do what we can to help redirect a shipment before it's delivered.
